Waste Matchers - The Waste Exchange in Staffordshire and the West Midlands

About the Exchange

What is Waste Matchers?

Waste Matchers is a free service which aims to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill by enabling businesses, organisations, schools, playgroups and individuals to use materials which others no longer need. This means that organisations are able to dispose of unwanted materials for little or no cost whilst others are able to obtain cheap or free raw materials. The Case Studies page provides recent examples of successful exchanges.

Who runs Waste Matchers?

Waste Matchers is managed by Linden Consulting Partnership, an energy and environmental consultancy, in partnership with Groundwork Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Business and Environment Network.

How is the Exchange funded?

Waste Matchers was originally funded through The British Oxygen Foundation and the Environment Agency and has recently received financial support from Groundwork Stoke-on-Trent. Membership to Waste Matchers is absolutely free! To use the Exchange, all you need to do is register.
